We take the same care with your equipment, small and large parts, as we do with micro parts. We adapt almost all our surface treatment processes to larger and heavier parts. We treat all types of objects in bulk or by the piece. Several blasting booths are available for large parts of different materials in our main building.
Deburring
Bulk treatment by sandblasting or tribofinishing. Burrs are removed by impact or abrasion. Applications in fields as diverse as watchmaking, medical, connector technology, equipments, etc...
Polishing / Tribofinishing
This process consists of controlling various friction phenomena in a controlled environment. The parts, media and abrasives are vibrated in a tank with the addition of water and additives.
Microbead-blasting
Technical or visual finishing by projection of various beads. Shiny satin aspect. Use in the medical, watchmaking, chemical industries, etc.

Microbead Blasting
Shiny satin surfaces. Light stripping. Finishing, marking and decoration of all stainless steel parts by microbead-blasting.
Steel sandblasting
Rust removal, stripping, treatment and preparation for surface paintings. A separate hall allows us to carry out pickling, rust removal, large parts (vehicles, barriers, etc...). Anti-rust coating on request.
Sandblasting of stone
Stripping, deep engraving, in the workshop or in situ, thanks to our mobile installations. Manufacture of masks, partial sandblasting... Marble, sandstone, granite, tombstones, etc...

For Retro-fit enthusiasts, we are able to handle your accessories, spare parts, chassis. We give a new look to your tools and objects. Your parts are not transportable? Our mobile station moves to treat your various supports in situ. Micro-Finish embellishes your environment from the cellar to the attic.
Lacquering
In response to customer demand, we have integrated an industrial paint cabin. Switch directly from surface treatment to liquid painting.
